Access My Account
- Click on My Account. (On the upper right-hand side of the screen)
- Enter your library card number and pin # (usually the last 5 digits of your library card number) and click on Login.
- You are now logged into My Account.
From here you can:
- Change your pin number
- See your current checkouts
- Renew items
- Check the status of your holds
- Suspend and cancel hold suspensions
- Check for fines
The Personal Information tab will display your personal information. You cannot make changes to your personal information from this tab, but you can change your pin number from here. After you enter a new pin, click update to update your account.
The Checkouts tab will display your due dates and the times an item has been renewed. Use this tab to renew your items. Just click the checkbox next to each item you wish to renew and then click on the renew button. Your items will now display the new due date. If an item cannot be renewed, you will not be able to click on the checkbox next to that item.
The Holds tab will display all the items that are on hold on this account. You can also check the status and see your place in the queue for each item. You can suspend and unsuspend your holds from this tab. To suspend a hold, click on the items you would like to suspend then click Suspend Holds. A calendar will appear, and you can choose the date range for start and end date of holds. After you select a date range, click on Suspend. Your items will now have a status of suspended. To cancel hold suspensions, click on the items you would like to unsuspend then click Cancel Hold Suspensions and click Yes to confirm. Your items will now have a status of pending. At the end of a suspension, your original place in the hold queue is restored.
The Fines tab will display any fines you have. It will list the item connected with the fine, the amount per item, the reason for the fine and the total due. You cannot pay your fine online. Please visit the library and go to the checkout desk to pay for fines.
