About Us
Located deep in the heart of Rancho Mirage, the Library is staffed by a team of friendly professionals whose goal is to provide stellar service and lifelong learning opportunities to the community. Our building includes a children’s story time room, an outdoor amphitheater for stories, a public meeting room for audiences of up to 350, a conference room for 25, more than 40 computer workstations, support for up to 50 wireless connections and 200 plug-in ports, and a Library Café managed by Aspen Mills.

The City of Rancho Mirage Public Library in Rancho Mirage, California, provides a collection of current books, audio books, compact discs, videos, magazines and newspapers for adults and children, selected to fulfill patrons' needs for information about popular cultural and social trends and their desire for satisfying recreation reading. The City of Rancho Mirage Public Library meets the communities' need for information and provides answers to questions on a broad array of topics related to work, school and personal life. The city of Rancho Mirage Public Library offers cultural awareness experiences to satisfy the desire of community residents to gain an understanding, an appreciation and an enjoyment of their own culture and the culture of others. These resources will be provided in a pleasant environment by knowledgeable, responsive staff.
