The goal of these workshops is to
encourage poetry based on your own
experiences, language, and insights. More
advanced poets will share techniques,
including revision and details about
getting published.
Book Discussion Group
The Library’s book discussion group
is a friendly mix of people with one
common love: books. This event is held
in the Library Conference Room on
the second Friday of each month. The
group is open to all and refreshments
will be served. No sign-up necessary!

Preparedness Town Hall Forum
Tuesday, March 4, 6:30 – 8 p.m.
The City of Rancho Mirage Emergency
Preparedness Commission will present
this forum to focus on earthquakes,
taking a bold look at steps we can
take to prepare for and plan a recovery
following a devastating disaster.
Spring Book Sale
This big event will feature an enormous
selection of gently-used books at
affordable prices. The book sale raises
money for the Library while promoting
enthusiasm for reading!
